We offer a 7-day return policy starting from the date you receive your order. Returns are only accepted if the item does not match its description or has a manufacturing defect.

Returns and Refunds

• Returns are accepted within 7 days of receipt for items that are defective or not as described.

• Watches must be returned with intact security seals; tampering voids eligibility for a refund.

• Return shipping and insurance costs are the customer’s responsibility.

• Any import duties incurred during a return will be deducted from the refund.

• Made-to-order watches carry a 15% restocking fee.

• Custom jewelry is non-refundable due to its bespoke nature.

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection and approval.
