You may collect your order directly from our Office by appointment only.

For in-stock items, delivery is typically completed within 5–7 business days.
For made-to-order items, please allow 1 week (or longer) for customization, followed by delivery within 5–7 business days.
The estimated timeline will always be clearly stated on the specific product page.

All international shipments are fully insured against loss, theft, and damage for your peace of mind.
We ship to over 50 countries worldwide using FedEx International - many more, with typical delivery times of 5–7 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays) once dispatched.
For made-to-order items, please allow additional time for customization before shipping.
Any import duties, taxes, or customs fees are the responsibility of the customer.

For watches valued over $60,000 CAD, we use a specialist white glove service, maximum security.
Due to the nature of such shipments not being insurable by standard courier services, and the risks of transporting high-value items without full protection, we charge up to $3,000 CAD for this specialized delivery service.
This ensures your purchase is handled with the utmost care and security.
