  • Estimated timelines for made-to-order or customized items will be provided on the product page or confirmed during purchase.

  • We guarantee the authenticity of all timepieces and that all customization work meets the highest standards.

  • Our custom watches are independent creations and are not affiliated with or endorsed by brands such as Rolex, Audemars Piguet, Cartier, Hublot, Richard Mille, or Patek Philippe.

4. Pricing and Payment

  • Prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD).

  • Payments may be made via credit/debit card, bank transfer, or other methods offered at checkout.

  • Orders will only be processed once payment has been received and cleared.

5. Order Confirmation and Verification

  • After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email.

  • For security or regulatory reasons, Galnuv may request additional verification for certain high-value orders. Failure to provide the requested information may delay or cancel your order.

6. Shipping and Delivery

  • We ship within Canada and internationally to over 50 countries.

  • In-stock items are typically delivered within 5–7 business days.

  • Made-to-order items require approximately 1 week (or longer) for customization, followed by delivery within 5–7 business days.

  • Customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees.

7. Returns and Refunds

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of receipt for items that are defective or not as described.

  • Watches must be returned with intact security seals; tampering voids eligibility for a refund.

  • Return shipping and insurance costs are the customer’s responsibility.

  • Any import duties incurred during a return will be deducted from the refund.

  • Made-to-order watches carry a 15% restocking fee.

  • Custom jewelry is non-refundable due to its bespoke nature.

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection and approval.

8. Warranty

  • All Galnuv watches and jewelry include a limited warranty covering manufacturing defects.

  • This warranty does not cover normal wear, accidental damage, or unauthorized repairs.

9. Limitation of Liability

  • Galnuv is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.

  • We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our control, including natural disasters, shipping delays, or government restrictions.

10. Intellectual Property

  • All content on our website, including text, images, and designs, is owned by Galnuv Inc.

  • Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
